Gutmann College House is a 249,000 GSF residential building designed specifically as an undergraduate college house, part of Penn's residential system of shared communities.
The 430-bed residence houses sophomores, juniors and seniors. With a mix of 6- and 5-bedroom two-bath suites and 4-, 3- and 2-bedroom one-bath suites, Gutmann College House provides common areas including study, living, seminar and music practice rooms. The new undergraduate college house occupies a site bounded by Locust Walk, Walnut Street and 40th Streets. The project was completed in Summer 2021, and achieved LEED Silver.
- This entrance is located past the south lawn area off of Locust Walk with automatic doors operated by push plate.

Building elevators are at the end of the main corridor past the security desk in the main lobby.
An accessible multi-stall all gender restroom is located on floor 1 (111) with two accessible stalls.
Additional restrooms are located throughout the building in residential areas.
