The new residential tower at 31st and Chestnut streets opened on August 1.  Targeted towards graduate students and young professionals, this 33-story high rise offers studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom units at market rate rental prices.  First-floor retail and a restaurant space add to the building amenities.

Cira Centre South provides a vibrant mix of uses at the eastern gateway to Penn on the site of the former US Post Office Annex. The following buildings comprise Cira Centre South: evo, parking garage, Cira Green, FMC Tower.

Program

evo at Cira Centre South offers an 850-bed, graduate and professional student housing option. The building, a joint project of Brandywine Realty Trust, Campus Crest, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, opened in August 2014. The tower, designed by architect Erdy McHenry in consultation with Cira master plan architect Pelli Clarke Pelli, has earned LEED Gold certification.
