3600 Civic Center Boulevard

Phase 1 of construction resulted in an eight-story office building for University of Pennsylvania Hospital corporate functions and the hospital HR, information technology, and marketing departments. The building also includes a childcare center with an outdoor play area.

Overbuild

Phase 2 of construction is a 210,000 GSF overbuild project that will add 7 floors to the existing building and will include wet and dry research facilities, as well as a vivarium. Currently in construction, this $360M project is expected to be completed in 2025.
