Luna on Pine

Construction is complete at 40th and Pine Streets on a 70,000 SF, five-story apartment building with 119 individual units. Designed for graduate and professional students, this building is close enough to campus that those with non-traditional work and study schedules can get to and from their laboratories, hospitals, and research spaces safely and easily. Designed by Philadelphia-based architects Atkin, Olson and Schade, the building will target LEED Silver. The project developer is Equinox Management & Construction, LLC, of Philadelphia.
