Plans for new Performing Arts Center

Penn's President Amy Gutmann announced in August that the university had started the planning process for a new student performing arts center at 33rd street and Woodland Walk. With a proposed budget of $31M, the center would be student-centered and include a dedicated performing arts space for undergraduate students, and include a 450-seat theater and contemporary stage.
