A new book from the Stuart Weitzman School of Design, published in association with the University of Pennsylvania Press, offers a fresh perspective on Penn’s campus and its landscape. Penn’s Sylvania: The Campus as Landscape combines history, design, and environmental insight to explore the evolution of Penn’s grounds and their role in shaping campus life. Among the contributors is Chloe Cerwinka, landscape planner at FRES, who co-authored a chapter examining the challenges and opportunities of managing a campus arboretum within a dense urban environment.
