New College House Opens at 40th Street

The 250,000 sq. ft. New College House, located at 40th street and Locust Walk, was completed in summer 2021, and welcomed its first student residents for the fall semester. The $160M, 448-bed college house is the 13th on Penn's campus, and features common areas like a life skills kitchen, study, seminar, and practice rooms.
