Built as the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house, the building was remodeled in 1924 as University of Pennsylvania offices and again in 1994 when it was adapted and enlarged by Tony Atkins for the History of Art Program.

Built as the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house, the building was remodeled in 1924 as University of Pennsylvania offices and again in 1994 when it was adapted and enlarged by Tony Atkins for the History of Art Program.
- The main entrance is on the south side of the building with a ramp leading up from Locust Walk. The door can be opened with automatic push plate.
The other doors on the north, south and west sides of the buildings are Exit Only or have restricted access, each with several steps.
There is one elevator directly inside Entrance #1. Note: This building is locked down daily after 5pm. After this time, the elevator will not run.
Accessible single user restrooms on floor 2 (212) and 3 (311).
Accessible men's and women's restroom located in basement.
