Targeted towards graduate students and young professionals, this 33-story high rise offers studio, one, two, three, and four bedroom units at market rate rental prices. First-floor retail and a restaurant space add to the amenities; also includes study lounges, pool, exercise room, and bike storage. This residential tower at 31st and Chestnut streets, , a joint project of Brandywine Realty Trust, Campus Crest, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, opened in August 2014. The tower, designed by architect Erdy McHenry in consultation with Cira master plan architect Pelli Clarke Pelli, has earned LEED Gold certification.
